The specific knowledge and the pedagogic practice in the higher/collage educational context of the XXI century is based on an analytical, reflexive and ethnographic process, that determines in first place some important criteria about the university concept to foresee where it is projected. This article focuses of teaching practices in light of authors such as Olga Lucia Zuluaga, who has been investigating the issue for several decades and Basil Berstein who has been studying the social and power relations. Finally a methodological proposal is being considered based on problem solutions and the teaching to achieve meaningful changes that Higher Education for the XXI century deserves.
