Abstract

Today, much of the world has witnessed fundamental transformations, both in the relations between states and their national societies, and in the patterns of economic and political organization at the international level. So the phenomenon of globalization has been strengthened by the interdependence between countries, due to the elimination of trade barriers facilitated by multilateral organizations, the emergence of multinationals and the political will of nations around the world who see the opportunity to improve their economic growth, taking advantage of information technologies and modes of transport. That is why the globalization of markets and advances in modern communication, make the inhabitants of the world more sensitive to an infinity of issues taking special importance, the economic ones.
