Abstract
This article examines how Industry 4.0 technologies are transforming project management and promoting sustainability. Through a bibliometric analysis of 87 scientific publications retrieved from the Scopus database, key trends and contributions were explored using tools such as Bibliometrix, R-studio, and Gephi. The methodology included citation analysis, co-citation analysis, co-authorship networks, and the co-occurrence of key terms. The results identify three main areas of research: digitalization as a transformative axis, sustainability integrated into digital transformation, and process optimization through artificial intelligence (AI). The study highlights the high concentration of publications in leading journals and the role of institutions and international collaborations in advancing knowledge. Additionally, the assessment of author productivity and cluster analysis underscores the relevance of terms such as project management, Industry 4.0, and artificial intelligence. The study concludes that technological convergence is redefining project management, driving more sustainable, resilient, and adaptive strategies in a dynamic business environment.
