Aproximación conceptual del constructo de capacidades dinámicas: clasificación y relaciones

Resumen
Este artículo tuvo como finalidad establecer los tipos de capacidades que se catalogan como dinámicas (CD) y analizar los vínculos que los conectan conceptualmente. Para esto, se desarrolló una revisión sistemática de literatura y se realizó un análisis de conceptos para determinar los tipos de capacidades dinámicas y su relación. Se unificaron y definieron siete tipos de capacidades dinámicas de importancia para las organizaciones: 1) Capacidad de Detección (CDe); 2) Capacidad de Integración y Coordinación (CIC); 3) Capacidad de Reconfiguración (CR); 4) Capacidad de Aprendizaje (CAp); 5) Capacidad de Innovación (CI); 6) Capacidad de Alianza (CA), y 7) Capacidad de Gestión y Liderazgo (CGL). Se plantearon las relaciones conceptuales entre los constructos identificados, lo que permitió evidenciar que estas capacidades se complementan y potencian entre sí. Los resultados son un insumo fundamental para el sector empresarial, ya que facilita la identificación y aplicación de las capacidades dinámicas por parte de las organizaciones y proporciona una base para su estudio científico.
