Impactos del ocultamiento del conocimiento y del síndrome no inventado aquí en la orientación estratégica hacia la digitalización

Resumen
Objetivo: evaluar el impacto del Síndrome No Inventado Aquí (SNIA) en el Ocultamiento del Conocimiento (OC) y en la Orientación Estratégica hacia la Digitalización (OED). A su vez, buscar cerrar la brecha de investigación de no madurez del constructo ocultamiento de conocimiento de los empleados. Método: es un estudio correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo de corte trasversal. Se recolectó la información a través de una encuesta estructurada compuesta por 17 ítems. Fue aplicada a noventa (90) empresas manufactureras y de servicios. Los hallazgos se analizaron mediante ecuaciones estructurales. Resultados: se encontró que el síndrome “no-inventado-aquí” afecta positivamente el ocultamiento de conocimiento haciéndose el tonto y el ocultamiento de conocimiento razonado. Y el ocultamiento de conocimiento haciéndose el tonto afecta
negativamente la orientación estratégica hacia la digitalización. Conclusiones: El síndrome “no inventadoaquí” influye positivamente en el ocultamiento evasivo como un tipo de ocultamiento de conocimiento, no
se puede aceptar. El síndrome “no-inventado-aquí” influye positivamente en el ocultamiento razonado como un tipo de ocultamiento de conocimiento, se puede aceptar. Finalmente, ocultar el conocimiento fingiendo ignorar el conocimiento solicitado influye negativamente en la orientación estratégica hacia la digitalización.
