Barreras en la gestión de la cadena de suministro verde: una revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen
Objetivo: Identificar las barreras en la gestión de la cadena de suministro verde en las organizaciones. Metodología: Se sistematizó un esquema de investigación que incluyó una ecuación de búsqueda y criterios de exclusión. Se usó la base de datos de SCIENCE DIRECT donde se encontraron 1052 artículos de los cuales se seleccionaron 27 artículos de investigación luego de aplicar los criterios de exclusión y realizar el proceso de revisión y selección de éstos. Resultados: Se caracterizaron 57 barreras que se presentan en las distintas industrias y organizaciones al momento de implementar la gestión de la cadena de suministro verde, las cuales fueron clasificadas en 8 categorías: financieras, administrativas o gerenciales, de conocimiento, tecnología e innovación, proveedores y clientes, gubernamentales, legislativas y sociales e infraestructura; teniendo como principales barreras y de mayor frecuencia la falta de compromiso por parte de la alta dirección, la brecha de información, la presión social insuficiente, legislación deficiente, costos y limitaciones financieras que impactan directamente la gestión de la cadena de suministro verde. Conclusiones: A partir de los resultados de la investigación se concluye que existen múltiples barreras para implementar prácticas sostenibles en la cadena de suministro, las cuales indican el complejo camino hacia la sostenibilidad y que requiere del esfuerzo y participación de todos los actores que intervienen en la cadena de suministro de manera directa e indirecta, además de actores externos a las organizaciones como son los gobiernos. Así mismo, con esta investigación, se contribuye en disminuir la incertidumbre en el proceso de aplicación de prácticas sustentables.
