Sistema para el reporte geolocalizado de árboles urbanos enfermos en la ciudad de Cartagena

Resumen
Objetivo: Proponer un sistema móvil para que los ciudadanos reporten las afectaciones que sufren los árboles en el entorno urbano, facilitando la gestión de las entidades encargadas del control y cuidad del recurso arbóreo. Metodología: La investigación se hizo bajo el enfoque cualitativo, aplicando el método de Pensamiento de Diseño para garantizar una solución centrada en las personas. El proceso de ingeniería de software se realizó bajo el marco de trabajo del Proceso Racional Unificado. Resultados: Se construyó una solución tecnológica representada por la documentación y un producto software. La documentación contiene el modelo del negocio, los requisitos del sistema y las decisiones arquitectónicas. El producto software es un sistema móvil que cumple con los requisitos establecidos. Conclusión: Las pruebas realizadas demostraron que el sistema desarrollado guía en forma intuitiva al ciudadano, para que genere el reporte de afectaciones de árboles en el perímetro de la ciudad, y a la entidad de control ambiental le facilita el registro y seguimiento de la atención
que hace al reporte realizado por el ciudadano.
