Objective: To analyze the quality management control from particular perspectives using the operation curves of the average run performance (RPC) and the multivariable geometric capability indicator ), supported by the use of Six Sigma metrics. Methodology: It adopts a descriptive perspective on the investigation and proposes ways to measure and control this system. Results: It was revealed that the analysis of the RPC operation curves allows knowing the number of services necessary for a process to move from one Z level to another Z level, by finding the difference between the RPC obtained at a lower Z and the RPC obtained at a higher Z to determine the best growth that the sigma level can achieve in each of the services. Meanwhile, the multivariable geometric capability index ) measures the service performance comprehensively and overall, resulting in a value of 0.92074, indicating excellent performance. Conclusions: By establishing an innovative model based on the operational curves of Six Sigma metrics, quality control is facilitated in each service operation, thanks to the RPC operational curves and global and integral quality management in favor of the ) , improving company performance from different perspectives.
