¡Y Qué de la Investigación Formativa en los Programas de Derecho!

Resumen

Este ensayo procurará reflexionar acerca del desarrollo de la investigación formativa en los Programas de Derecho partiendo desde el momento mismo en que ha sido aceptada la tesis a favor de la enseñanza de la investigación en las universidades, identificando cuándo la investigación hizo parte del triángulo docencia-extensión e investigación, como funciones del ente universitario y siguiendo con las diversas estrategias metodológicas que se han implementado para desarrollarla. Finalmente expreso desde mi práctica profesional cuál ha sido la experiencia en cuanto a investigación formativa se refiere.
