The article analyzes the symbolic representation regarding the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The theoretical approach is from the perspective of C. Peirce sign and symbol development, supported by the theory of language functions of Karl Buhler ; expressive function , appellate function and representative function , adhered to the proposition of argumentative function of K. Popper. The article also supports the conceptualization of the modern enterprise that makes Adela Cortina as an economic institution of social impact , where a peculiar activity directed from a formal or missionary horizon with management skills and decision-making develops. Conceptual asymmetries are taken to show the recurring reductionism of the CSR concept framed only from its size and not taken as a holistic process involving all interest groups associated to an organization.

This paper presents the implementation of a neural network for controlling FeedFoward balance on two wheels system (inverted pendulum) in a Card Nexys 2 Digilent development containing a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) XC3S500E. NNTool tool of Matlab was used for the creation, training and simulation of neural network. The neural algorithm is translated into a workable model in hardware, using block diagrams, using tools Simulink and Xilinx System Generator (XSG). The neural network validation is performed on a prototype of balance on two wheels, this system has an inertial measurement unit (IMU 6DOF-MPU 6050), which includes an accelerometer and three-axis gyroscope each and 2 geared motors with magnetic encoder , used as actuators. 

Policies for the strengthening of higher education have usually been aimed at increasing the covering capacity of each degree program, which has been gradually achieved. However, the situation seems not to be so advantageous when consistent high rate levels of dropout are held, being worried about not having clear answers about the causes and thus forced to make decisions that trigger strategies looking for improvement bringing attention to the problem. This research taken as a case study of the Systems Engineering Program at the University of the Amazon, tackled it as a mixed approach using techniques such as balance file, surveys, observation and structured interviews, applied to deserters gave a reading on causes for abandoning the program. In this regard, it was found that as in other desertion studies regretting factors such as economic hardship or this was not the career I should have chosen, the situation is much more complex and is related to the vocation and  imaginary life that students have shown.   

Currently, globalization connects with great vitality companies managing to be competitive over time, in fact the analysts of competitiveness and strategies have become indispensable planning instruments that seek to increase market share. This Paper builds a literary review of the epistemological theories of competitiveness, strategy, entrepreneurship and strategic alliances capable of being incorporated in the models of the country’s economic development through the business context. It is recommended through the methodology to incorporate models for promoting the creation of new firms and building social capital. Then, it shows the impact of the relevance of investments at micro and macro level in order to compete more effectively. Finally, an assessment of the impact and relevance of existing issues and gaps that may be able to guide future research work was done here.

The system of information developed for collecting and processing data consists of a reading module for the humidity variables of the soil, level of water and precipitation. The prototype has as a basis an Arduino and a graphic interfase that shows the readings in real time of the data obtained by the sensors.For the transmission of information a Mesh net has been implemented with a Zigbee technology as a backing system for sending the data. Finally, we rely on a portal web that manages a net of sensors, analyses the measured information and issues a warning to users through an App Android.
