Resumen

Objetivo: analizar los mecanismos subyacentes que vinculan la resiliencia académica, el tecnoestrés, la comunidad de indagación y la satisfacción académica en estudiantes universitarios. Metodología: este estudio adopta un enfoque explicativo no experimental transeccional, sobre una muestra de 300 estudiantes universitarios de diferentes universidades peruanas. Se empleó una batería de cuatro instrumentos validados y administrados de forma virtual mediante Google forms. La información fue procesada mediante un modelo de mediación múltiple con el tecnoestrés y la comunidad de indagación como variables mediadoras, utilizando el paquete estadístico jamovi 2.3.28. Resultados: se reveló que la resiliencia académica ejerce un efecto directo positivo y significativo en la satisfacción académica. Además, se evidencian efectos indirectos a través del tecnoestrés y la comunidad de indagación. Estos hallazgos sugieren que los estudiantes con mayor resiliencia académica experimentan menores niveles de tecnoestrés, lo que facilita la participación en comunidades de indagación enriquecedoras; esto contribuye indirectamente a una mayor satisfacción académica. Conclusiones: se destaca la importancia de promover la resiliencia académica, gestionar el tecnoestrés y los entornos colaborativos de aprendizaje para optimizar la satisfacción y el bienestar de los estudiantes universitarios.
