Multimegamuchaglobalización del derecho: utopía o realidad

Resumen

Este artículo de reflexión es un estudio crítico, acerca de la realidad o ficción del pensamiento jurídico dentro del contexto de todas las esferas de la sociedad. Con ello, se pretende comprender que el concepto de globalización no solamente es de tipo económico, sino que es comprehensivo de una multiplicidad de objetos, relaciones o variables. En este sentido, se orientará el presente trabajo, es decir, desde la perspectiva de la “multimegamuchaglobalización”.

Abstract
This article is a critical study about reality or fiction of juridical thought within the context of all the spheres of society. With it, it is intended to understand that the concept of globalization is not only of cost-reducing type, but it also comprises a great variety of objects, relations or variables. This research will be aimed at the aforementioned aspect, from the perspective of “multimegamuchaglobalization”.
