Methods: Qualitative study under the documentary approach; through which research and study related to the subject were reviewed.

Discussion: During the process of documentary review, it was evidenced that young women in gestation at the time of attending a health care institution, show a series of feelings ranging from emotion to fear, because of the state in which they find themselves.
